N.B. May 15 is the last day to register for the conference. Please notice there will be NO ON-SITE registration.

What is included: the registration fee includes: conference admission and materials, lunches, coffee breaks, the poster session mingle and the Welcome Reception.
No lunch is included or will be served on Monday 19th of June

The conference dinner is not included in the conference registration fee and will have its own separate registration cost.

Child care: we offer free child care to the early-bird registered conference participants, up to a limit depending on how many do require child-care. We will follow the first contact first served policy. More info are on the registration links where you can request this service. Please email nordstat2023@chalmers.se for questions on child-care.

Hotel booking
A number of hotel rooms in different price categories have been pre-booked in Gothenburg for the conference. Book your room via the online booking service when you register for the conference.

VAT on fees – important information
Please note: According to Swedish and EU** legislation all delegates are required to pay Swedish VAT on the registration fee (25%), social events (25%) and hotel (12%).

** According to the EU legislation and regulation for conferences and events (C-647/17, EU:C:2019:195, of 13 March 2019 and Article 53 of Council Directive 2006/112/EC of 28 November 20016) VAT is paid in the country where services are rendered, e.g. the country in which the conference takes place.

User Agreement
The delegate agrees that the data, photos, audio and video can be used by Nordstat, the host of Nordstat 2023 for further steps (Social Media or future congresses). The delegate agrees that the registration data will be recorded electronically and will be used in the future for sending information per email by Nordstat, the host of Nordstat 2023 and the next organiser of Nordstat. The delegate agrees that name / company / country will be printed in the official delegate list of the congress. No data will be transferred to further third party.

Our privacy policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. The information we ask for in the registration is the information we need to properly arrange the meeting, logistics, login, payments etc. We will provide relevant information with our partners (travel agency/hotel/venue and industry) with the same purpose. Neither we nor our partners will share any information with third parties. We may keep your name and email address for future Nordstat events, but you are always free to reject any invitations. We can not register your information without your approval. By confirming our cancellation policy and then clicking the “I accept the user agreement” button in our forms, you agree that we store your information for the above purposes.

– 14 April: acceptance notification for abstracts contributors.

– 23 April: early-bird deadline for registration, afterwards the “Late
fees” apply.

– 15 May is the last day to register for the conference

– 19 June: the conference starts.
